15-minute City Score across Germany
Can you cover daily needs within a 15-minute walk? This map scores every municipality and state in Germany on the 15-minute city concept.
The 15-minute city concept has been gaining traction worldwide. This map visualizes the 15-minute score for municipalities and states all over Germany. The map accompanies work developed in collaboration with the TUM Accessibility Planning team, which explores a method to measure walkability — using a 15-minute score — and uncovers key insights for both urban and rural planning. The full method and findings are in our 15-minute city white paper.
